In order to guarantee you a continuous service, the doctor's office phone (+0032 87 774722) is diverted to the mobile phone of one of our veterinarians. If it is not possible for this person to be physically present within a reasonable time, an answering machine will give you the telephone number of the 24h/24 emergency pet service (0032 87 785188).  
As with all other professions, a visit outside normal office hours will be charged at an emergency, evening and/or night surcharge.
